Hi! I’m Christy!

I love to play with ingredients to create something new and unique and that is where Creations by Christy began. Long before aspirations of a nutrition and cooking business, I was editing recipes and writing my own! Over time, my love of creative food endeavors evolved into curiosity for nutrition. I started to seek out opportunities to learn more about food science and nutrition. In 2019, I completed my first nutrition certification as a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert.

Wanting to do more and finding that so many people would benefit from nutrition support, I completed my Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness in 2023 and by summer of 2025, I will be a certified ISSA Nutrition Coach as well.

Creations by Christy is a one-stop nutrition spot! I offer nutrition coaching, fully prepared healthy meals and whole food snacks to supplement those hunger cues! What started as a hashtag on Instragram in 2013 as a fun and creative outlet evolved over a decade and is now my business.

There are two My prepared foods: I aim for high-quality, delicious snacks and nutritious food. My goal is to support your nutrition needs or goals and encourage wellness through fueling your body appropriately. Not only can you find me at various markets throughout Northern IL and Southern WI selling tasty snacks, as a culinary nutritionist, with a Masters Degree in Nutrition and Wellness, I also provide meal prep, offer dietary plans, and create snack platters for get-togethers.
